Why it is worth your time
Škarline is a narrow valley with a spring, a stream and a chain of small pools, laid out as a park with wooden footbridges and paths. After the coast it is a complete change of scenery: shade, running water and a temperature that is bearable even at midday.
The trail is short and easy, fine with children, and the park has barbecue spots and a small restaurant. A local road leads in from Nova Vas, the signs are modest, so navigation helps.
