The Jelena carries 400 passengers across the Adriatic in about four hours on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Eighty euros for adults, forty for children aged 3 to 12. Anyone meaning to try it has two sailings left.

Checked: 4 September 2026

The Zadar to Ancona fast line ran for the first time this year and finishes on 6 September. For travellers combining Italy and Dalmatia without a car it was the quickest crossing of the Adriatic on offer: about four hours instead of an overnight ferry.
