Coastal path Ravni to Sveta Marina

Four kilometres of path along the sea, with swimming coves between the two villages.

Activity

Why it is worth your time

Between Ravni and Sveta Marina a path follows the coast, part gravel track, part trodden trail through pine woods, keeping to the sea the whole way. It is the best way to see this shore: every few hundred metres a small cove of rock or pebble opens up that you can climb down to and usually have to yourself. Drenje is about halfway, with a café for a break. The path is nearly level, no climb exceeds fifty metres, and it is walkable in trainers; in summer start early or after five, as there is shade only in the wooded stretches.

The whole section takes an hour and a half one way, and you can return by car from Sveta Marina if someone left a second one there, or the same way with a swim in a different cove.
