Pre-order and delivery time

The Explorer Bear is sold as a pre-order. You pay when you order, and we ship from November 2026. You will receive a separate email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Until we ship, you can cancel your pre-order at any time without giving a reason. Write to us and we refund the full amount including shipping.

If we cannot deliver by the stated date, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs and delivery area

We currently ship from Zagreb within Croatia only. Shipping costs 4.90 EUR and is shown before you pay.

We are preparing delivery to further EU countries. Leave your email in the shop and we will tell you as soon as your country is available.

All prices include 25 percent Croatian VAT.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. For a pre-order this means the period starts on delivery, not on the day you pay.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gearstack, obrt za računalno programiranje i usluge, vl. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Warranty and complaints

The statutory rules on liability for defects apply. If the item is faulty, contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Complaints can be sent to info@gearstacklabs.com. We confirm receipt in writing and answer within 15 days.

You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
