Along the Sava river runs an embankment many kilometres long: a flat, calm path where locals run, cycle and walk their dogs from one end of the city to the other. Open horizons, river wind and a distant view of Medvednica make it the city's longest open-air breather.
Rent a bike and ride the embankment east or west: it's flat, car-free and endless.
