Why it is worth your time
Right beside the cathedral, on the site of the bishop's former fish pond, spreads an undulating, shady park with sculptures and paths. A calm green pause within steps of the city's busiest spots. Treat it as a rhythm change in the day plan. The best version is not to rush through it, but to use the stop for atmosphere, photos, a short rest and a better sense of the neighbourhood around the main sights.
