Hidden among the trees, the Echo Pavilion is the only surviving pavilion in the park, raised in honour of the goddess Echo. Its magic is in its name: the shape reflects and returns sound especially well, so your own voice comes back to you. A small, enchanting detail many walk straight past.
Stand inside and speak or clap, listen for your echo bounce back; kids love it.
