The seashell-shaped stadium is the home of Hajduk Split: a pilgrimage for football fans and the passionate Torcida supporters' culture. On match day Split turns into a white-and-blue river. As an audio stop, it works best if you slow down here: look for the stonework, the surrounding streets and the way locals move around the landmark. It gives the route a clear story beat between the postcard sights and the smaller discoveries nearby.
Catch the atmosphere at a home game, or take a stadium tour otherwise.
