Valsaline bay cuts deep into the coastline, which keeps its water calmer than at the open beaches. A pebble shore, pines along the edge and a long view out to sea make it a relaxed place to swim. Above the bay, the old Fort Bourguignon hides in the greenery.
In the woods above the bay waits the round Habsburg-era Fort Bourguignon; the short climb makes a good break from swimming.
