Why it is worth your time
This section of the Lungomare runs along the coast close to Lovran, calmer than the busier stretch nearer central Opatija. The sea stays close on one side the whole way, with occasional benches for a break. It links naturally into a longer walk toward Lovran's old town and harbour.
