A trail through the oak forest that fills the valley floor below Motovun, part of the region's famed truffle country.
The path drops from the hill town into the shaded oak woodland that covers the valley floor, the same forest that makes this part of Istria known for truffles. Walking here is a quiet, cool contrast to the open lanes of the old town, with the canopy closing overhead for long stretches.
