Why it is worth your time
The Mrežnica is one of Karlovac's four rivers and arguably the loveliest place to swim around here: clear green water dropping over dozens of low travertine barriers. Calm pools form between the steps, with meadows and woodland along the banks. In summer you simply jump in and drift from pool to pool.
