Why it is worth your time
Galovački Buk takes the second half of its name from buk, the Croatian word for a roaring cascade, and it earns that title with a broad curtain of falling water framed by dense forest. Boardwalks curve right along its base, close enough to feel the temperature drop in the spray. It is one of the upper chain's clear highlights, worth pausing at even when the path is busy.
