Entrance 2 Hladovina lives up to its name, Croatian for 'shade': the gate opens straight into cool, leafy cover before the trail even reaches its first lake. The same network of paths and boardwalks waits beyond the ticket booth as at the other gate, just with a little more calm among the trees. Step through and the forest does the rest.
