Rakovac is one of those green spaces Karlovac is generous with: tree canopies over the paths, benches in the shade, birdsong instead of traffic. Between two stretches of city you sit down here, have an ice cream or read a few pages. The park doesn't try to be more than that, and that is exactly its charm.
