Why it is worth your time
A few minutes from Pile gate, this quiet park sits on the cliffs: pines give shade, the open sea glitters between the trunks, and from the edge you look across to Fort Lovrijenac. Locals read on the benches while waves break on the rocks of Danče below. Game of Thrones fans will recognise the setting of the infamous Purple Wedding.
