Ferry line 54 between Dubrovnik and Bari is suspended until further notice because of a technical fault, and the ship remains moored in the port of Dubrovnik. The rest of Croatian sea traffic is reported as running without difficulties.

The overland route from Dubrovnik into Italy runs through Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia and takes the better part of a day, so the flight or a crossing from Split is usually the more realistic replacement.
