Raised in 1474 to guard the harbour, this stout cylinder now hides a spiral stair to one of Poreč's best views. Climb to the rooftop terrace for a 360-degree sweep over terracotta roofs, the bell tower and the glittering Adriatic. Order a drink and watch the swallows wheel above the old town at dusk.
