Why it is worth your time
A few steps before the big fall the water rehearses on the small one: Mali Prštavac drops in a wide, airy veil over moss-grown travertine steps. It is less tall, but more photogenic up close, because the trail passes right along the lip of the fall and you can watch travertine growing under the water.
