Walk or cycle the dry-stone grid that Greek colonists from Paros laid out in the 4th century BC. Their rectangular plots, walls and cisterns survive almost untouched among olive groves and vineyards. It is the best-preserved ancient Greek landscape in the Mediterranean, and the wine still tastes of it.
