Why it is worth your time
Walk nearly two kilometres out to sea along the breakwater that shelters Rijeka's port. With the open Kvarner on one side and cranes, ferries and cargo ships on the other, it is the locals' favourite spot for a windswept stroll and a sunset over the Učka mountains.
